If you're not satisfied with Snapt for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason.
Free Trial
Snapt includes a 7-day free trial before any payment is required. We encourage you to evaluate the Extension fully during this period before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at ghostinthemachine.labs@proton.me with the email address used at checkout. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
After a Refund
Following a refund, your license key will be deactivated and access to paid features will end. You are welcome to continue using the 7-day trial period if it has not yet expired.
