Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snapt Chrome extension ("Extension") provided by QuietLabs Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Extension on devices you own or control. The free trial grants a limited-time license for evaluation purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Extension or any portion thereof; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension; (c) sell, sublicense, rent, or transfer your license to any third party; (d) use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.

3. One-Time Purchase

The Extension is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions. You will not be charged again after your initial purchase.

4. Free Trial

The Extension includes a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue using paid features. Trial use is limited to personal evaluation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including all code, design, and content, is the intellectual property of QuietLabs Studio. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietLabs Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Extension.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
